Boasting experience across an extensive range of sectors, LCA has a strong labour law department advising employers on all aspects of employment law and industrial relations, including workforce management, individual and collective dismissals, restructurings, transfers of undertakings, collective bargaining, trade union relations, and employment litigation. The firm also supports clients on health and safety, executive remuneration, and employment issues arising in corporate transactions and reorganisations.

In the area of Corporate Immigration and Global Mobility, the firm assists companies, executives, and highly skilled professionals with immigration matters, including visas, work permits, intra-group transfers, secondments, and postings. Advice is provided in close coordination with employment and tax teams, covering compliance, social security coordination, and cross-border mobility planning.
