UK Bribery Act Training – “Managing the risks”

January 7, 2011

CELIA Alliance member Abbiss Cadres LLP is holding further series of lunchtime workshop training sessions on the UK Bribery Act.  Places are limited and are available on a “first come, first served” basis.

The sessions will look at how to make a proportionate response to the wide-ranging obligations imposed by the Act in the light of the long awaited Guidance published by the Ministry of Justice on 30 March 2011.  (See link to the update in Resources below)

The Act carries criminal penalties and with it scope for reputational damage.  Most organisations will also want to know what steps to take to comply with expected changes to procurement and contracting procedures.

There is no charge for attendance.  To enquire about scheduled workshop dates and book your place on a “first come, first served” basis please contact Karolina Jagielska on +44 (0) 203 051 5711.
