Rights related to sexual freedom and moral integrity have evolved significantly in recent years. The new law in Spain offers greater protection against discrimination in the workplace, therefore both companies and workers must be informed to avoid conflicts, sanctions, and reputational problems.

In this context, we want to detail these new laws: 10/2022 Law guarantee of sexual freedom, commonly known as the “only yes is yes” Law, which contains new obligations for companies in the workplace; and 15/2022 Law for equal treatment and non-discrimination.

In this guide you can find the purpose and highlights of both laws, new modalities of discrimination protected in the work environment, labor inspections, potential penalties, and actions to implement in companies to prevent wrongful conduct.
